Woodruff man waives prelim, enters not guilty pleas in child abuse case

Infant son’s condition remains unchanged

A 36-year-old Woodruff man being held in the Oneida County jail on a $100,000 cash bond on charges he physically abused his infant son waived his right to a preliminary hearing and entered not guilty pleas to the charges on Friday, March 4.
