Robert E. Johnson

Robert E. Johnson, a lifetime resident of Minocqua, passed away on Saturday, June 18, at the home of his daughter in Wyoming, Minn. Bob was born on April 14, 1931, in Antigo, to August and Eva Johnson and came to Minocqua at the age of two days. He attended Minocqua Grade and High School, graduating in 1949 as Salutatorian of his class. He was a star athlete winning 12 major letters, chosen All-Conference three years, and being elected as captain and MVP on several teams.
