Wilbur (Bill) Parshen died peacefully at Howard Young Hospital on June 13, 2022, after suffering a stroke. Bill was a friend to anyone he met. He loved engagement in conversation with family, friends, and anyone he happened to meet. He was generous with his time and talents and to all who needed his help.
