Staffing still a challenge despite state’s low unemployment rate

Local business owners frustrated with ‘ghost interviews’

Wisconsin’s unemployment rate hit an astounding 14.1% in April of 2020, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.  The last time it was close to that number was in February of 1983 when it reached 12.8%.
