Cleo Ann Gilbert Roberts, 87, of Arbor Vitae, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 11, at her home. She was born on January 16, 1934 in Mellen, to Walter and Clara Reed Gilbert. She was the fourth of seven children A long-time school teacher at Arbor Vitae-Woodruff, North Lakeland, and other elementary schools, she loved her students as family. Cleo is survived by her husband, Glyn Alyn “Bud” Roberts to whom she was married for more than 65 years; her sons Garyn (and wife, Virginia, and their three children David Glyn Roberts (and wife, Amanda), Lauryn Leighann Roberts, Karyn Morgan Roberts) and Thomas Norman Roberts (of Weston); and three sisters—Naida Frankie, Ruth Larsen, and Geri Wrege (and husband, David Wrege).
