Joanne E. Meier

Joanne E. Meier, 87 of Appleton passed away on June 18 at Thedacare Regional Medical Center Appleton.  Joanne was born June 27, 1933 in Tomahawk, the daughter of the late Milan and Carol (Hatch) Dorwin.  She graduated from Minocqua High School in 1951, then went on to receive her B.S. in Education from UW-Madison in 1955 and her M.S. in Educational Psychology from UW-Milwaukee in 1967.
