Time trial marks day one for Lakeland cross country

The Lakeland cross country team started practice early Monday morning. And like they had done in the past, the first day focused on a time trial. Before they started their time trial, coach Gordy Drewsen went over a couple of logistical items with the team. The Thunderbirds then set out on a warm-up run in the surrounding area.
