Book World to close all 45 remaining stores

Closure will include Minocqua location

Book World, which opened its first store in Rhinelander in 1976 and grew to become the fourth largest book store chain in the country, has announced the closure of its 45 stores in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota and Missouri. (subscriber access)
