Walleye population crash in Lac Vieux Desert concern brings forward spring hearings question

Next Monday, every county in the state will hold an annual Department of Natural Resources Spring Hearing in conjunction with the Wisconsin Conservation Congress Spring meeting. At these hearings, there will be 88 questions asked of stakeholders regarding how Wisconsin's fish and wildlife populations should be managed. (subscriber access)
