Minocqua Plan Commission approves temporary RV parking idea

Trig's looks to alleviate frontage road congestion in summer months

The Minocqua Plan Commission this week recommended for approval by the town board a temporary designated parking lot for recreational vehicles. The lot is property just north of the Hong Kong Buffet at the corner of Plaza Drive and Blumenstein Road. Minocqua town chairman Mark Hartzheim, also a member of the plan commission, said representatives with Trig's in Minocqua met with town officials last week regarding the proposal.
