St. Germain town roads now open to year-round ATV/UTV use

The St. Germain Town Board voted unanimously at its meeting on May 25 to open the town’s roads for ATV and UTV traffic on a year-round basis with certain exceptions. Their use was already permitted on town roads from May 1 to October 31 of each year.
