AV-W school board OKs teacher salary increases
The Arbor Vitae-Woodruff board of education on Monday approved a recommendation from the school board’s personnel committee regarding teacher’s salaries and wages during the 2022-23 school year.

According to a complaint filed in Vilas County Circuit Court, the former financial manager of the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians’ Peter Christensen Health Center has been accused of deleting “in excess of 1,100 computer files” containing financial information from the center’s main computer system.
