Native Plant Sale
Local volunteers are hosting their annual native plant sale to benefit the Town of Sherman Fire Department and first responders on Sunday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the town of Sherman Pavilion. Over 50 perennial varieties, all grown pesticide-free in Wisconsin will be available.

Manitowish Waters Lions Club outdoor Bingo on Aug. 3
In response to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, the Manitowish Waters Lions Club has decided to forgo its normal indoor Bingo nights this year in lieu of an outdoor Bingo night, which will allow for greater social distancing. Bingo normally draws anywhere from 150-200 participants every Monday night during the summer.
