Frank Caroselli, Sr., age 90, passed away at his home surrounded by family on October 13, 2026. He was born on August 17, 1936, in Moween, Pa. Frank graduated in 1953 from Warren G Harding High School in Warren, Ohio.
On January 16, 1960, Frank married Margaret Sable and together they lived in Warren. He worked for 36 years as an engineer for Packard Electric, a division of General Motors. Upon retiring in 1996 they moved to St. Germain to be closer to their children and grandchildren.
Being an avid golfer, he soon came out of retirement and started working at St. Germain golf course. He enjoyed rooting on all sports from Ohio: Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and Buckeyes. Once he experienced the Packers and Brewers, he soon became a fan. He loved wood working and could fix almost anything. Besides his family, he loved all things outdoors, deer hunting, rabbit hunting, fishing, and his garden. His humor, gentle manner and a ready smile will be greatly missed.
Frank, Sr. was the youngest of six children and was the last living member of the Caroselli’s first generation Italian American family. He is survived by his three sons: Frank, Tom (Louise), and James Joseph; grandchildren: Anthony (Sophia), Zachary (Rachael), Maria, Dominic (Rachel); great grandchild: Rosie Lee. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Maria (nee Lozzi); wife: Margaret; brothers: John, Joseph; sisters: Nancy, Theresa, and Helen.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff. Mass will begin at 11 a.m.
