Jill Athey

Jill Athey, (nee Wiznerowicz) 55, of Doylestown, died unexpectedly and was called home to be with the Lord on April 16, 2026.

Jill was born on September 17, 1970 in South Milwaukee to Jerome and Rita Wiznerowicz (Corren). She was united in marriage to Jay Athey on March 24, 2008.

Jill was a successful small business owner, had a passion for technology and loved a challenge! Her intelligence was complimented by her great sense of humor and she was dearly loved by her family. She loved her ‘furbabies,’ Butch Cassidy, now passed and Sutton who misses her. She loved her family with all her heart and was a very generous, fun-loving person.

Those Jill leaves behind to cherish her memory include her loving partner/husband of 37 years, Jay; her close knit family of two sisters, Patty (Gary) Robinson, Ann (Ed) Smith, and one brother, David (Michele Weckwerth) Wiznerowicz; sister in-law Luanne (Dave) Schulz and two nieces, Nicky (Brad) Young and Amber (Andy Hernandez) Thrall.

Jill was preceded in death by her brother Jim, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. She will be dearly missed by family and friends and will always be in our hearts.
