Nancy Roth Skebba

Nancy Roth Skebba, 90, died on November 8, 2025. A resident of Lee Lake in Hazelhurst, Nancy is survived by her husband, Fred; daughters, Christine and Beth; son, Jeffrey; seven grandchildren, Rebecca and Matthew Rogge, Rachel and Zachary Janzen, Stephanie and Travis Rae, Karoline and Patrick Leonard, Katie and Wes Gabel-Patterson, Jay Skebba and Laura Skebba; and six great-grandchildren, Morgan and William Rogge, Ella and Ava Janzen, Hudson and Makena Rae. She was born and raised in Sheboygan, WI and educated at UW-Whitewater, where she earned a master’s degree in business education.

Nancy retired from teaching in the business department at Nicolet Area Technical College. She was active in numerous organizations and was advisor to the school’s office education student group. Prior to teaching at Nicolet, Nancy taught at Lakeshore Technical Institute, Sheboygan and Cleveland, and Fort Smith High School, Fort Smith, Ark.

An avid quilter since her retirement, Nancy volunteered and held offices in many organizations such as the Ladies of the Lake Quilt Guild, the dialysis and cardiac rehab departments of Howard Young Medical Center. She was a leader of two Girl Scout troops and one Cub Scout troop, having been an active Girl Scout and Mariner Scout as a youth.
