Thomas A. Church

Thomas A. Church, 92, of Hazelhurst, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center. He was born on June 2, 1933 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Clarence and Charlotte (nee Langer) Church. Tom worked as an engineer, owning his own business Capital Equipment. He was past president of the Bear Lake District and a former member of the Minocqua Planning Commission. Tom is survived by his wife, Louise Church; daughters, Lynda Borsodi; Karen (Rick) Kasbee and Chris (Todd) Williams; grandsons, Richard, Kevin and Brett; and sister, Mary Church. Tom is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Tom Borsodi. Per Tom’s wishes, cremation will take place and private family services will be held.
