On December 10, 2025, Arthur Russel Bawden, 94, builder of magnificent homes, craftsman and master gardener, left his “bench with a view” and what he often called God’s Country. He was brought to the only home where peace prevails and love knows no limits “Come Home to a God who Loves You.” Words from the Holy Bible: “God will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever” - Revelation 21:4

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 18, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Minocqua. Visitation begins at 1 p.m., with services at 1:30 p.m., dessert reception to follow.
