Diane E. Smith

Diane E. Smith, age 75, of Rhinelander, died on November 2, 2024, at the Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital. She was born on March 18, 1949, in Wakefield, Michigan, to William and Judith (Jurmu) Cloutier.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her stepdaughters Merri Huber and Julie (Robert) Wanty, her stepson Peter Schrump, her sisters Carol (Joseph Jr.) DeBay and Dawn (Bill) Dulin, her brothers Michael (Nancy) Cloutier and Kenneth (Nancy) Cloutier, and her special friend Terrie Schmidt. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald “Buck” Smith, her parents Judith and William Cloutier, and her nephew Kevin Cloutier.

Per Diane’s request, there will be no public services. Private family services and interment will take place at the Northland Memorial Park Cemetery in Rhinelander.
