Michael J. McGreal

Michael J. McGreal, 80, of Hazelhurst, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 22, 2024. He is survived by his son, Mike McGreal; daughter, Michele (Chris) Fancy; and three grandchildren, Shane, Kaisha (Frank), Luke (Jackie) McGreal.

Mike was born in Chicago. He married Char in April 1963 at St. Joseph’s Church in Round Lake, Ill. They moved their family to Onalaska in 1976 and built a home in God’s country. As they grew older, they decided to move north to Hazelhurst.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Bolger Funeral Home in Woodruff, www.bolgerfuneral.com. No formal service will be held per Mike’s request. A luncheon and celebration of Mike’s life will be held on Saturday, July 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. — at Willow Haven, 4877 Haven Drive, Hazelhurst, WI 54531.
