Bartholomew “Bart” Artishaw

Bartholomew “Bart” Artishaw, 80, of Lac du Flambeau, passed away at home on May 29, 2024. He was born in New York on December 1, 1943 to George and Grace (nee Webster) Artishaw. Bart grew up with 10 siblings and learned to be a handyman from his father but also drove semi trucks for a living. He spent some time in Minnesota before moving back to Lac du Flambeau where he always enjoyed his daily walks around Circle Drive.

Bart is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jack and Gene; and sisters, Eva, Rose and Vicki. He is survived by his sisters, Mary, Muriel, Ruth, Dorothy and Grace. He is further survived by Kelly whom he always referred to and treated like his own daughter. Bart was loved by many and will be missed by all that knew him.
