David Michael Worthing

David Michael Worthing, 71 of Arbor Vitae, passed away on Friday, July 12 at his residence with his family by his side. Dave was born on June 30, 1953 the son of Lyman and Betty (nee Burnett) Worthing.

Dave owned and operated Worthing Construction and was an avid outdoorsman; trapping, fishing and hunting. But mostly enjoyed spending time with the two loves of his life, his beloved daughters.

He is survived by his significant other Cheryl Saarnio and his daughters Jamee Worthing (Ted) Boehm and Jodi Worthing (Ryan) Short and by grandchildren Ethan and Emma Boehm and Bryce and Carson Short. Further survived by his siblings Sharon (Brian) Nerdahl and Mike (Susan) Worthing and by his nephews Michael Nerdahl, Michael Worthing and Mitchell Worthing.  

Dave was preceded in death by his parents Lyman and Betty Worthing.

Memorial gathering for Dave will be held on Wednesday, July 17 starting at 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel in Woodruff, with a memorial service at 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.
