Meghan N. Combs

Meghan N. Combs, 32 of Lac du Flambeau, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, October 5, 2024. Meghan was born on July 10, 1992 in Woodruff, the daughter of Deborah Combs and Wayne Valliere, Sr.

Meghan was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Wayne Valliere, Jr., grandparents Richard C. Combs, and Leon & Ina Valliere; great-grandparents Martha Engel and Wm. O. Tischendorf.

Maghan is survived by her daughter, Azalea Skye Bruette, mother Deborah L. Combs, father Wayne Valliere, Sr. grandparents David & Judith Groh, siblings Aubree Bremer, Rebecca Sharlow, Amanda Valliere, Jephrey Valliere, Ina Valliere, and Besha Valliere. And way too many aunts, uncles and cousins to list.

A traditional Native American funeral service was held on Friday, Oct. 11, at the Multi-Purpose Building, followed by burial at Memorial Cemetery in Lac du Flambeau. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Azalea Bruette's college fund.
