Richard W. Bennet Jr.

Father Richard W. Bennet Jr., 94, a resident of Hazelhurst, passed away at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, on August 1, 2023. He was born October 28, 1928 in San Francisco, to parents Richard and Helen Bennet. He is survived by his seven children and their families.

A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Aug. 12 at 11 a.m. at St. Matthias Episcopal Church in Minocqua. Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 11 from 6 until 7 p.m. at Nimsgern Funeral Home in Woodruff. 

In lieu of flowers, Richard asked that donations be made to the St. Matthias Church or the Episcopal Diocese.
