Janeen A. Pergande
Janeen graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1962. She was united in marriage to Walter “Skip” Pergande on May 1, 1965. Janeen worked in Madison until her retirement in 2002, when she and Skip moved to Hazelhurst, where she worked at Save More Marketplace in Minocqua.
Janeen is survived by her husband Skip; son, Dale Pergande; sister, Kathy Siewert; two granddaughters, Abbie Pergande and Erica Pergande; two great-grandsons, Carter Walker and Cairo Walker; and many special friends, including Judy Strutt and Kathy Hammer. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Virginia “Ginger” Pergande; and brothers-in-law, Terry Pergande and Ron Siewert.
A visitation will be held at Bolger Funeral Home, 1212 First Avenue, Woodruff, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18. A visitation will be held at Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Care, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, May 20, with a service and burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the family. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.
