Jim lived a full life. As a land surveyor, he learned to love the woods and all things nature. Jim also was an avid “Ford” enthusiast, specifically the antique models. He had an amazing collection of antique cars, with Lincolns being his passion. Jim was very involved in many car clubs and had an extensive knowledge on antique cars. He loved working outside with his little dog “Sadie” forever by his side.
Jim is survived by his children, Kim Strasburg (Allen) and Jim Griffin (Patrice); grandchildren, Jake Strasburg (Stephanie), Travis Strasburg (Balie), Megan Griffin, James Griffin (Katie), Nathan Griffin, and Kate Jacobson (Quinn);
Seven great-grandchildren and Marilyn Westberg, mother of his children.
The family will be having a private memorial service. Bolger Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
