Terry L. Parker
Moving to the Northwoods was a life time wish and over the years he vacationed in Eagle River and St. Germain; also enjoyed the cottages in Cloverland and Three Lakes. The dream came true in 1979. From 1979 to 1993 he owned and operated, along with his family the Arbor Vitae Trailer Resort and Campground on Big Arbor Vitae Lake. He loved that place. “If you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life.”
From that time on he was here to stay. After that memorable time, he continued to enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, camping and exploring the area.
He is survived by his wife Judy and his children Corey Parker and Kelly Parker and grandchildren Alexandria, Courtenay and Evan Parker and Katelyn, Gunnar and Blair Dunbar and by his sister Patricia Ryan and by his nieces and nephews: Dale (Scott) Peterson, Richard (Janice) Rachul, Linda Fischer, Jessie (Mike) Breese, Chris Hansen, Adam Lindenlaub, Paul (Shelly) Steger, Peter (Julia) Steger, Kim (Angela) Steger and sisters and brothers-in-law; Geraldine (Gary) Lindenlaub and Theresa Steger.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Lillian Parker and by his siblings Phyllis Rachul, Harland Parker and Raymond Parker and by nephew William Rachul and nieces Debbie Parker and Terry Keltesch.
His cremation took place and private family services will be held at a later date at Forest Gardens Cemetery in Woodruff.
