KiKi was preceded in death by her brother Kevin R. Malek (Rhinelander), her grandmother Rosalie (nee Berdziak) Malek (Springstead and Woodruff) and her nephew Alex Malek Laraia (Woodruff).
She is survived by her beloved spouse Joshua LeClair, her parents Joan and Robert Malek (Minocqua), her children Joshua (Gilbert, Ariz.), Patrick (Lake Tomahawk), Kyle (Rhinelander), Kennedy (Minocqua) and Joseph Kuehneman (Rhinelander), her sisters Kimberly Miller (Neenah) and Karen Malek Wildenberg (Hazelhurst), three grandchildren and many cherished relatives and friends.
KiKi went to and graduated from 8th grade at MHLT grade school in Minocqua, and attended Lakeland Union High School. Later she was a Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens in Woodruff, then moved to Arizona where she graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and got a degree in Western Herbalism. She moved back to Minocqua where she opened a store called Herbal Serendipity.
She was world known for her lack of patience and telling it like it is. She was a woman with quick wit, a sense of humor, had the ability to say funny things, to see the funny side of things and loved to sing and dance. She was a caring, loving wife, daughter, mom, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend that left this world too early.
A visitation will be at Bolger Funeral Home in Woodruff on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. with a service to follow with Father Jerry who will speak. A celebration of life is pending. www.bolgerfuneral.com for condolences.
