Cindy was born in Milwaukee, on Sept. 29, 1956 to Arthur and Beatrice Posselt. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from UW-Stout she was employed for over 20 years by PowerTex. She married Brad Kosbab June 25, 2005 and they moved to Minocqua where they currently reside.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Cindy. She enjoyed quiet evenings with friends, feeding the local wildlife and playing with her two puppies, Emmett and Ellie. She also enjoyed time in the kitchen cooking and one of her children’s’ fondest memories will be of their annual Christmas cookie baking traditions. Cindy also enjoyed camping, golf and boating with her kids and grandkids.
Cindy is survived by her husband Brad Kosbab; daughter Sara (John) Mey-Unseth; stepdaughters Lisa Kosbab, Nicole Kosbab, Amy Jo Kosbab; grandchildren Lucy Unseth, Gage Unseth, Graham Kosbab, Mason Berning, Silas Berning, Jonah Berning, Abel Kosbab-Harer; sisters Sandy (Dave) Seifert, Debbie (Dennis) Wagner and brother John Posselt.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents Art and Beatrice and sister Cheri Posselt.
Upon her wishes cremation took place and private family services will be held at a later date.
