Gloria Jean Shogren
After returning to Wisconsin, Gloria worked as an insurance agent for Aetna until she stepped out of the corporate world to pursue her artistic passions. Gloria was very talented in the art of painting and gardening, and excelled at most everything she put her hands to.
Gloria married Mark Shogren in 2002, and together raised two children in their home in Muskego, WI. Gloria enjoyed spending time as a homemaker and as a teacher’s assistant at Tess Corners Elementary School. In 2012, Gloria, along with her kids, moved back to Minocqua to be closer to family.
Gloria is survived by her two loving children, Ashley and Brandon Shogren; older brother David Kiss, younger brothers Kevin (Julie) Kiss, and Michael (Kristol) Kiss; along with many wonderful nieces and nephews. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Alice (Abbrederis) Kiss.
Private family memorial will be held in the future.
