Thomas Hottinger

Thomas Hottinger, 76, died on Sept. 30 at home with his wife by his side in his beloved Northwoods. Tom was a Vietnam Veteran who served his country as a combat medic. He later received his RN degree and worked at hospitals in Milwaukee. He is survived by his wife, Betsy, three brothers and their wives, two brother-in-laws and their wives and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Oct. 6, at Bolger Funeral Home — Woodruff Chapel. Burial will be at Northwoods National Cemetery in Harshaw. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to a Veterans group, brain cancer research or a heart association. Betsy would also like to thank Tom’s doctors in Minocqua and Marshfield for the care they gave her husband and the Compassus Care he had in his last few days.
