Thomas “TJ” Lelonek
TJ loved hunting with his dad and his brother John. He was so happy when he got an 8-point buck the year before his dad got his. TJ was at his happiest watching a game, hanging out with his friends and having a beer or two. TJ thoroughly enjoyed watching the Bucks win the NBA championship and while in the hospital was able to see one last game when the players received their championship ring.
TJ is survived by his mother, Sandra Lelonek, his brothers John (Victoria) Lelonek, Jake (Ruby) Lelonek, nephew John T Lelonek, nieces Alice, Irys and Wesleigh, his friends, Ryan Zoul, Keaton Hill, Blue Poupart and many other friends, coworkers and patrons that he touched with his infectious smile and quick wit. My heart-your heart, fly high TJ.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Mark Lelonek, on October 23, 2020 and his grandparents John and Irene Lelonek and Reg and Karen Tetting.
Due to the pandemic we were only able to have a family get together to mourn Mark’s passing. At this time we would like to extend to all who knew Mark and TJ to come and join us for a dual celebration of father and son, taken from us way too soon.
A memorial gathering for TJ and Mark will be held on Saturday, Nov. 13 at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel in Woodruff from 3 to 4 p.m. and memorial service at 4 p.m. followed by reception and fellowship.
Online condolences may be shared at www.nimsgernfuneral.com. Nimsgern Funeral & Cremation Services is serving the family.
