Michael J. Deppe
Michael J. “Deps” Deppe, age 59 of Arbor Vitae, died on Wednesday, Feb. 24 at his residence. Michael was born on Sept. 13, 1961 in Columbus, Wisc., the son of Victor and Deanna (nee Grunewald) Deppe. He graduated from Waterloo High School and worked as a machinist.  He loved and excelled in shooting pool.
He is survived by his daughter Alicia Deppe and his parents Victor and Deanna Deppe and by his sister Tammy McIntosh and sister in law Donna Deppe and “special friend” Jose Cuervo and by his nieces Melaine (Otto) Degler and Jessica (Joe) Jaehnke and by nephews Brodie (Liz) McIntosh, Josh (Courtney) Deppe, Trevor (Sarah) Deppe and numerous great nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his brother David Deppe and by his maternal grandparents Harold and Gertie Grunewald and paternal grandparents Louie and Ellen Deppe.
Celebration of Michael’s life will be held on Saturday, March 28 at Happy’s Pub in Woodruff, staring at noon.
Memorial donations in memory of Michael can be made anytime at Happy’s Pub.
