Violet ‘Vi’ May
Vi was an active member of the United Church of Christ in St. Germain; being involved with the UCC Quilters Guild, UCC Thrift Store and Women’s Guild. She enjoyed painting, gardening, cooking, sewing, quilting and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son Peter (Jessica) May and grandchildren Josie and Ryan May and by many beloved nieces and nephews.
Vi was preceded in death by her husband Ralph on October 18, 2019 and by her parents Anton and Ella Goehring and by her sisters Vynita Guenther and Marcy Steiglbauer and her brothers Anton, Leroy, Edgar and Floyd Goehring.
Memorial Gathering will take place on Saturday, August 14 from 10 till 11 a.m. at United Church of Christ in St. Germain with a Memorial Service at 11 a.m. with a burial and luncheon to follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to United Church of Christ of St. Germain, or Milestone Living Center in Woodruff.
