Mary R. Krull
Mary R. Krull, 84, of Lac du Flambeau and formerly of Peoria, Ill., passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, at her home. She was born on July 24, 1936 in Peoria, the daughter of John and Marie (nee Rosenbohm) Park. Mary was a teacher for 35 years for the Peoria Public School district. She volunteered for 17 years at the Lac du Flambeau grade school and assisted with the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) at Howard Young. She was also an active member at Ascension Lutheran Church in Minocqua. Mary married Larry H. Krull and together they shared 63 years of marriage. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry; two sons, Fred (Joan) Krull and Matt (Karen) Krull; grandchildren, Brendan (fiancé Madey Anderson), Kathleen and Elizabeth Krull and Karl, Nikolaus, Katarina and Christian Krull and sister, Lois (Gene) Wensel. Mary is further survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 19 at Ascension Lutheran Church in Minocqua, with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Mary Krull’s name to Ascension Lutheran Church or Carthage College (Attn: Bridget Haggerty), 2001 Alford Park Drive, Kenosha, WI 53140.
