Brant Anton Loichinger
Dick was born November 15, 1945, in Walker, Minnesota, son of the late Raymond and Wanda (Almquist) Dehart. He married Sue Adams on August 17, 1974, in Merrill. She survives. Dick enlisted in the United States Navy and also served for 31 years in the Air Force Reserves. He worked at the Post Office in Wausau for over thirty years.
Dick and Sue had a cottage on West Horsehead Lake in the Town of Cassian, Oneida County for over thirty years and resided there full-time for the last ten years. Dick volunteered with the ‘Meals on Wheels’ program in Rhinelander. He was a beekeeper and enjoyed sharing “Uncle Dick’s Honey” with his nurses. Dick was a Minnesota sports fan and was a season ticket holder for the Minnesota Vikings. He also enjoyed playing music.
Survivors include his wife, Sue Dehart of Harshaw; daughter, Kristine (Nathan) Punke of Merrill; granddaughters, Taylor and Grace; brothers, Robert ‘Bob’ (Marlene) Dehart and Jeffrey ‘Jeff’ (Wilma) Dehart of Minnesota; sisters-in-law, Ann (Don) Engelbrecht of Burnsville, Minnesota and Jane (Jim) Hulke of La Crosse; brother-in-law, David (Libby) Adams of La Jara, New Mexico; and several nieces and nephews. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Wanda Dehart; grandson, Nathan Punke, Jr.; and brother, Warren ‘Bill’ Dehart.
A memorial service will take place on Tuesday, July 20 at the Northwoods National Military Cemetery (4520 Lakewood Rd.) in Harshaw, Wisconsin at 11 a.m. A reception will follow at Rondele Ranch (8959 County K in Harshaw). Because this is a group gathering, face masks are required for anyone who is not fully vaccinated with the last inoculation taking place at least two weeks prior to July 20. Joan V. Belliveau
Joan V. Belliveau, age 91 passed away on July 3 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander. Joan was born on January 10, 1930 in Woodruff the daughter of Arthur and Adeline Perkins. She graduated from Woodruff High School and married Stuart Belliveau on November 23, 1950.
She worked for over 30 years at Bonson’s Grocery Store in Eagle River and was in the Bowling League in Eagle River and she enjoyed reading and most of all loved raising her eight children and spending time with them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children Kim Belliveau of Berlin, Wis.; Debbie Belliveau of Woodruff; Karen (Gary) Pockat of St. Germain and Therese Belliveau of Appleton and by her grandchildren Heather (Matt) Calhoun, Ashley (Fred) Niemuth, Amanda Becker, Alexis (Clint) Kimps, Brittany Pockat, Michael, Nicholas, Cierra, Savannah, Elijah and Freedom Ziemann and by great-grandchildren Aiden, Jai, Tristan, Rylan, Liam, Beckham and Henley Calhoun, Henry and Charlie Ziemann and Covie Kimps. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Adeline Perkins, her husband Stuart, her sons: Charles “Chuck”, Keith and Timothy “Timmy” and by her daughter Michelle “Mitchy” Belliveau and by her siblings: Jay, Arthur “Porky”, Geraldine “Gerry”, Adeline “Babe”, James “Jimmy” and Terry.
Joan was a sweet, selfless, loving and caring person with a calm soul. She was loved by everyone she crossed paths with.
Some people come into our lives and quietly go, others stay for a while and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never the same.
Memorial Mass for Joan will be held on Saturday, August 21 at 11 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff.

Lee G. Andreas
Lee G. Andreas, 87 of Woodruff, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, July 11. He was born on September 26, 1933 in Milwaukee, the son of Roger and Anita (nee Poepp) Andreas. Lee graduated with a Masters Degree from Iowa State University and was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. He was employed as an instructor at UWSP in Conservation, where he met his wife, Lois. Lee and Lois (nee Woehlert) were married on August 13, 1960 in Wausau. Lee worked as the educational director at Trees for Tomorrow in Eagle River. Later on, he was a forester for Wisconsin Valley Improvement Company at the Rainbow Dam. Lee and Lois retired to Woodruff. He was active as a HAM radio operator N9BDL and a member of the Forest History Society. Lee enjoyed his daily walks and reading.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Anita Andreas; an infant brother; and son, Roger Andreas. Lee is survived by his wife, Lois Andreas; son, Glenn Andreas of Fridley, Minn.; sister-in-law, Betty Masaros of Appleton; niece, Jane (Darryl) Boone and nephew, Guy Masaros.
Per Lee’s wishes cremation took place and no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Lee’s name to Trees for Tomorrow – Eagle River or the Minocqua Public Library.

Barbara Ann Harvey
Barbara Ann Harvey, 84 passed away on July 9 at Lakeshore Living Center in Lac du Flambeau. Barbara was born December 11, 1936 in Milwaukee the daughter of Ervin and Tora Johnson. She married Milne “Mel” Harvey on October 5, 1957.
Barbara received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Alverno College and was the director of human resources with the Mutual Group. Barbara enjoyed reading and traveling.
She is survived by her husband Mel and by her son Kevin (Deborah) Harvey and by granddaughter Courtney M. (Jacob Kuhlman) Harvey and by her sister Karen Heup and by other relatives and friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Erv and Tora Johnson and brother-in-law Ron Heup.
Upon her wishes cremation took place and private family services will be held.
