David J. Marquez
David J. Marquez, age 58, of Lac du Flambeau, passed away on Saturday, June 26 at his home. He was born on December 8, 1962 in Chicago, Ill., the son of Pedro and Laura (nee Shegonee) Marquez. David is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Patti A. Marquez; brothers, Peter Marquez and Susano Marquez and aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his son, David J. (Evelyn) Flying; step children, Nichalas (Naomi) Goetsch and Stephanie (Brian) Ernest; siblings, Mario (Peggy) Marquez, Ray Marquez and Benna Cross; many grandchildren and step grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Visitation was held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30 at the Multi-Purpose Building in Lac du Flambeau. Services were held on Thursday, July 1 at the Multi-Purpose Building.
