Instead, he dropped by McGregor's Blink Bonnie in St. Germain to give an award to owners Brian and Scott McGregor.
Recently, the pair's family-owned supper club was ranked by Travel Wisconsin as one of the best in the state. In a contest that received nearly a half million votes, Blink Bonnie beat out 12 other supper clubs for its spot in the top 10.
Co-owner Brian McGregor didn't expect to get such a high ranking.
"No, we didn't think we would (come in eighth)," he said. "We were voting for it, we saw it and were told about it but no one ever really contacted us about anything."
