Thunderbirds come up short in final matches of the regular season
With Medford right in front of them in the standings and seeding on the line, the Lakeland boys’ tennis had lots to play for with the Raiders in town on Monday. The Thunderbirds fell 3-4 to Medford in Minocqua. Lakeland traveled to Wausau for a doubleheader on Tuesday, their final matches of the regular season. Wausau East won 5-2 and Wausau West won 5-2.
