Preliminary hearing waived in attempted homicide case

The 27-year-old Woodruff man facing two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and one count of possessing a firearm while intoxicated after he allegedly fired multiple shots in the parking lot of the Minocqua Walmart store last month has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and is scheduled to enter a plea later this month.
