A look at house plants in winter
Sometimes I struggle. Those who know me probably just choked on their coffee, laughing at that statement. Suffice it to say I am not always known as the most coordinated person in the room. But what I am talking about here is struggling with house plants in the winter, or plants I have brought in from outside in the fall because I am simply so struck by their determination to keep going, even as temperatures dip and other plants call it a season. Once I get them inside, I have varying degrees of luck with them. Some, I suppose, are not meant to come inside, but to be allowed to dim their lights in the fall frost, and quietly go to sleep.
