More research needed on human health effects related to exposure to PFAS mixtures

Earlier this month, at the Virtual Great Lakes PFAS Summit, Megan Kemp spoke about PFAS health effects on humans. Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of chemicals used to make fluoropolymer coatings and products that resist heat, oil, stains, grease and water, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
