2019 Theme: Reducing Recidivism: Partnerships Between Criminal Justice and Rehabilitation. The Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Rehabilitation degree program emerged as its own unique higher education program - a result of the demand for more training, education, and preparation of future criminal justice professionals. In partnering with the Menomonie Police Department to host the conference, UW-Stout's Criminal Justice and Rehabilitation program continues to actively demonstrate the focus to work with community agencies, as well as the community, to help foster innovative partnerships that bridge the gap between research and practice.
